Complete installation ie electrical components, plaster patching, wall and floor tiling to replacement of individual items of sanitary ware including wc suites, baths, basins, showers, taps or wastes, and install outside taps, washing machines, dish washers, waste disposal units and any general plumbing items found in the home or business. As well as locating, repairing leaks and trouble shooting.
New soil and ventilation/waste pipes or repairs and alterations to existing ones.
Replacement hot water cylinders, feed and expansion cisterns or float valves.
We are fully Gas Safe registered (100159) and all our work complies with Benchmark, building and gas regulations. Boilers can be replaced with an energy efficient model of your choice. We are currently installing Baxi Duo-tec and Baxi Platinum combi boilers which carry a 7 and 10 year warranty respectively. Either a full installation including boiler, radiators, pipe work, controls or a replacement of any of these items individually.
In addition to the above we carry out surveys for prospective purchasers. Landlords gas safety inspections and offer advice on upgrades and improvements for both energy efficiency and comfort.
